Inline sight glasses are installed directly in the pipeline and allow a direct \u201cview\u201d of the flow.<\/p>\n<p>Double-window sight glasses have a glass plate on both sides, enabling \u201cthrough-view\u201d inspection without disturbing the flow. Sight glasses with a rotor or paddles (also referred to as flow indicators) visually indicate whether there is actual flow by means of a rotating element.
